$500 Commission Reduction – Terms & Conditions
This $500 commission reduction (“Offer”) is a personal promotional offer made solely by Daniel Black (Licensed Salesperson) and is not an offer, representation, commitment, or endorsement by Tall Poppy Real Estate T/A Bulsara Limited (the “Agency”) or any related entity.
By presenting the branded Tall Poppy magnet featuring Daniel Black and claiming/accepting this Offer, the holder acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. The Offer is available only to the holder of a genuine branded Tall Poppy magnet or flyer featuring Daniel Black.
2. The Offer is valid for one (1) property sale per household.
3. The Offer entitles the homeowner to request a $500 reduction from the total commission that would otherwise be payable, but only as personally negotiated and agreed by Daniel Black. This reduction applies solely to the commission portion attributable to Daniel Black and is conditional on the successful unconditional settlement of the sale of the property.
4. No reduction is guaranteed or binding until a valid agency agreement is signed with the Agency, the specific $500 reduction (if agreed) is clearly documented in writing in that agency agreement (or a variation), and the sale completes unconditionally with commission becoming payable.
5. The Offer is not redeemable for cash, cannot be exchanged, and has no cash value.
6. The Offer must be presented to Daniel Black and any reduction agreed in writing prior to signing the agency agreement.
7. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or special offer unless expressly agreed in writing by Daniel Black.
8. If the property does not sell or does not proceed to unconditional settlement, the Offer is void.
9. The Offer is non-transferable, may not be assigned to another person or property, and is personal to the original magnet holder.
10. Daniel Black reserves the right to refuse redemption if the magnet/Offer/flyer has been altered, copied, duplicated, misused, or obtained improperly.
11. Daniel Black reserves the right to amend, vary, or withdraw the Offer at any time prior to an agency agreement being entered into, without notice or liability.
The Agency makes no representations about this Offer, does not endorse it, and has no liability whatsoever in relation to it — including (without limitation) any failure to honour the reduction, any change in terms, non-agreement in the agency contract, or any dispute. The holder waives and releases any claim, demand, or liability against the Agency, its directors, officers, employees, or related entities arising from this promotion or any related commission matter.
Nothing in these terms affects rights under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or other applicable laws. All commission arrangements remain subject to a properly executed agency agreement with the Agency.
